Due to the COVID-19 Virus, the courts have largely closed down and many non-essential court services have come to a halt. The particulars are materials which the Crown is relying on in the case against you. It can include materials like police reports and witness statements. If you have received the particulars of your case from Crown this is a good time to have one of our lawyers review them.
