There seems to be a bit of confusion about some of the new regulations especially about breathalyzing. Can police officers just come into your house and demand a breathalyzing test from you?
Kyla Lee: “It’s not as simple as them just knocking on the door and demanding a breath sample. They still have to have a reasonable grounds to suspect that you have within the proceedings 3 hours operated or had controlled a motor vehicle with alcohol in your body before they can make a demand for breath sample in circumstances where you are not driving the vehicle.”
