Kyla Lee: “Essentially it results as a consequences administrative licence suspension legislation in Nova Scotia. There is similar legislation in many provinces across this country to test whether or not you are sober. If you fail the roadside test for cannabis in your system, then you are taken off the road for a period of time.”
