Kyla Lee: “One of the biggest changes that we’ve seen has been the introduction of mandatory random breast testing. So now, if a police officer pulls you over or you are stopped at the counter-attack roadblock, you can be asked to provide a breath sample and you are legally obligated to comply. No ride to a lawyer, no right to do anything first, you just have to blow.”
