“What do you think about the way the province and the municipalities have handled the snow clearing?”
“It’s embarrassing…We’re not prepared, we don’t have the equipment that we need, and I know people say ‘There’s a lot of investment and it’s very expensive to buy all the equipment to clear the snow, and hire the people to clear the snow for maybe one or two days a year, but when you consider the impact that not having people in to work, not having businesses open, not having buses running has on the economy – it’s worth the investment.”
