There are going to be numerous court challenges across the country to this and it is the type of thing that is going to make its way to the Supreme Court of Canada because its new law, because we are going to see probably inconsistent decision from various provinces and the Supreme Court of Canada will have to sort it out which means millions of dollars and several years before we have an answer about whether or not this is actually something that should be taking place on our roadways.
