Paul: “Well I can understand why people looking at it would think that it is ridiculous that he could sue because of course, he is unlawfully in the property. The homeowner is looking at him and seeing him committing an offence on the property and comes to the conclusion that you are on the farm, the police are always a long way away, the law is the law of your farm. And here this fellow coming along and suing but when you stop and break down the claim, you can see actually that there is something for this.
