So if you replace the muffler with one that’s got a different size or number of baffle plates in it… If you widen the opening at the end of the exhaust outlet, that will be illegal. All of these things are prohibited. Anything that basically could increase the noise of the muffler, of the exhaust, is prohibited by the motor vehicle act regulations…”
