There is a number of people that could face criminal consequences as a result of this. Obviously anybody who provided a child with drugs faces potential consequences just in relation to trafficking and in particular trafficking to a minor.
There is also a possibility that criminal negligence causing death charges to be laid to individuals who saw that he was in distress and did not do anything other than film him and post him on social media for their own entertainment.
