While in San Francisco for the California DUI Seminar, Kyla Lee of Acumen Law Corporation was interviewed by Stirling Faux on Vancouver Consumer. In this interview, she shared some updates regarding cannabis and some of the things discussed during the seminar.

“A lot of People really want to know about the enforcement of cannabis-impaired driving and in particular in Canada are the use of saliva testing equipment because that is not something that they use as much in the United States.”
“There are some pilot projects right now in California with the roadside breathalyzers for marijuana but one of the biggest things that they are using all across the United States and in particular in this state with legalization is the drug recognition evaluation program.”
