Kyla Lee, an attorney, explained that the white woman’s insult to China in Richmond last Friday did not constitute a criminal charge.

For the city’s Mounted Police to refer to the woman’s actions as insufficient to constitute an allegation, counsel Kyla Lee explained that the allegations could not be related to Canadian hate speech criminal law. Criminal law stipulates that the publication of racist or hate speech is not sufficient to constitute an accusation, and other acts must be made to constitute an accusation, such as inciting others to engage in other hatred against a particular group.

For the white woman in the video, Kyla Lee said that after the video was broadcast, someone posted the woman’s personal information, including the home address. Some people also insulted her and told her to commit suicide. Although her insulting behavior is unacceptable, she also has her own legitimate rights to protect her personal safety.

    Breath and start meditation people.
