Ana Chamgoulova

Ana Chamgoulova specializes in administrative law, with a particular focus on residential tenancy and driving prohibitions.

Ana listens to her clients and takes the time to understand their priorities. She has a sharp analytical mind that lets her assess strengths and weaknesses of each case. She is a straight talker and she lets her clients know the potential and likely outcomes to their cases, and advises them on the most effective course of action.

She uses her knowledge of the ins-and-outs of government tribunals, such as the Residential Tenancy Branch and the ICBC, to effectively advocate for her clients. She stays on top of meeting timelines, filling out the required forms, and other details that may appear finicky but can sink or save the case. She has a lot of experience appealing decisions of government agencies in courts. She can help you carry your case over the finish line and fight for your rights and interests.

Ana completed law school at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. She volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP), and focused her studies on indigenous law, environmental law, and property law.

Ana is able to assist Russian-speaking clients in their language of choice.
